Two session package
Session one ( For Mums only) 120 min session .
Using a blend of EFT ( Emotional freedom Technique also known as tapping) and solution focused Hypnotherapy. We will establish your ideal birth and embed this during hypnosis towards a positive birth experience.
The power of expectancy being a hypnotic state. We will create a future memory for your mind and body to work towards. If second pregnancy a rewind technique can be used if the experience on reflection is unsettling. This allows a positive change to the emotional link to the previous birth. This would allow your birth to flow unhindered by any previous negative birth experiences. If previous birth was positive we can utilise and embed this into your future birth. ..................................................................
Session Two For mums (partners are welcome) Full explanation and practice of all Hypnobirthing techniques with time to practice. Understand and learn other self hynosis tools to use during and after birth to help support you to feeling calm and relaxed leading up to during and after birth. Includes a MP3 Birth rehearsal download to listen up until the birth of your baby. ........................................
